Tuition and Fees

Pre-K

Registration Fee (Non-Refundable):  $300
Supply Fee (Non-Reundable): $100
Capital Improvement Fee: $250
Returning Memorial Day School Student Tuition: $180/wk
New Student Tuition: $200/wk

This tuition fee covers your child from 8:00 am until 2:45 pm for school followed with care from our After School program from 2:45 pm until 6:00 pm during the school schedule (See School Calendar). Before school care is available for $70.00 per month through our After School program. Care is available for non school days through our After School program at a rate of $38.00 per day. The After School program however, does close for the following Holidays:

  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Friday after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day
  • Day after Christmas
  • New Year's Eve
  • New Year's Day
  • MLK Jr. Birthday
  • Good Friday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day

Tuition is due in advance on Monday of each week. A $10.00 late charge will be added if the tuition is not paid by Friday of the due week.

In the event of withdrawal, one week’s notice is required. If notice is not given, account will be charged one week of tuition.

9th-12th Grade

Application/Testing Fee (Non-Refundable):  $150

Junior/Senior Class Fee: $200

International Student Fee: $1,000.00
Multi-Child Discount: $100.00 for 2nd Student / $200.00 for 3rd & 4th Student

 

TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS

There are three options for tuition payment:

  1. One payment of full tuition due May 24, 2023. A discount of $400.00 will be offered if all fees and Tuition are paid in full by May 24, 2023.
  2. Two payments: 1st payment due May 24, 2023, 2nd payment due December 15, 2023. A Tuition Credit Plan fee of $250.00 is required with this option.
  3. Monthly payments through FACTS Management program and will be handled through the school Business Office. A Tuition Credit Plan fee of $250.00 is required with this option.

**A Tuition Credit Plan fee of $250.00 is required for payment option 2 or 3.

REGISTRATION FEE:

The registration fee of $300.00 per student must be paid by Friday March 24, 2023. There will be a late charge for any student not registered by March 24, 2023.

LATE FEE:

A $300.00 Late Fee will be assessed for any returning student if not enrolled by March 24, 2023; $400.00 if not enrolled by April 24, 2023 and $500.00 if not enrolled by May 24, 2023.
There will be a fee of $50.00 for any and all returned checks.

Memorial Day School admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin.
